What is the product range of your factory?
We are a large-scale machinery manufacturing enterprise primarily specializing in supplying wheel loaders, forklift trucks, excavators, and related attachments. We also customize non-standard products according to customer requirements.
What payment terms can you accept?
Normally a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the 70% balance settled before shipment. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight with agreed terms can also be accepted.
What certificates do you have?
All products meet the ISO9001 Quality System standards and have acquired the CE certificate. EPA approval is available if needed.
How about your delivery time?
Usually, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving your deposit. Standard products are often in stock and can be delivered immediately, while customized products take more time based on order requirements.
Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we provide customized products according to customers' requirements. Both OEM and ODM services are acceptable.
