The typical delivery time is around 30 working days. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer due to high demand.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Normally, we require a 30% T/T deposit for production and the remaining 70% balance before shipment or upon providing loading photos.
What kind of warranty and spare parts support is provided?
We offer a 1-year warranty for each machine. If any parts break due to quality issues within this year, new parts are sent free of charge within 5 working days.
